About the Role
An established company is recruiting for an IT Officer to manage technology operations and drive digital transformation across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain ERP systems and IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, minimal downtime, and effective technical support across all locations
- Develop, customize, and implement software solutions to automate processes, improve efficiency, and support business operations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Relevant certifications in ERP, networking, or software development (added advantage)
- Experience in software development, customization, and process automation, with the ability to optimize workflows across multiple locations
- Proven experience in ERP Management & Support, IT infrastructure and hardware maintenance, with the ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot servers and network devices
- Willingness and ability to visit all operational locations as required
