Inventory Officer at Eko Maintenance Limited

About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Eko Maintenance Limited in Lagos, Nigeria as an Inventory Officer.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming goods, store them appropriately, and ensure correct issuance
• Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
• Distribute supplies from stock as needed by different departments
• Maintain accurate stock records using both manual and computerized systems
• Use Excel sheets to coordinate and track inventory functions
• Monitor the movement of materials and products in and out of inventory through accurate record-keeping
• Keep track of goods and supplies within the store, ensuring proper organization and accessibility

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 2–3 years of working experience in a related field
• Proficiency in inventory software and ERP systems
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Required Skills

• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departments
