## Title: Inventory Officer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Eko Maintenance Limited in Lagos, Nigeria as an Inventory Officer.

Receive incoming goods, store them appropriately, and ensure correct issuance
Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
Distribute supplies from stock as needed by different departments
Maintain accurate stock records using both manual and computerized systems
Use Excel sheets to coordinate and track inventory functions
Monitor the movement of materials and products in and out of inventory through accurate record-keeping
Keep track of goods and supplies within the store, ensuring proper organization and accessibility

Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
2–3 years of working experience in a related field
Proficiency in inventory software and ERP systems
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departments
