## Title: Inventory Officer
About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional to join Eko Maintenance Limited in Lagos, Nigeria as an Inventory Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive incoming goods, store them appropriately, and ensure correct issuance
- Monitor and manage stock levels to ensure adequate supplies are available
- Distribute supplies from stock as needed by different departments
- Maintain accurate stock records using both manual and computerized systems
- Use Excel sheets to coordinate and track inventory functions
- Monitor the movement of materials and products in and out of inventory through accurate record-keeping
- Keep track of goods and supplies within the store, ensuring proper organization and accessibility
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- 2–3 years of working experience in a related field
- Proficiency in inventory software and ERP systems
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and other departments
