## Title: HSE Officer – Renewable Energy

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled HSE Officer with experience in the renewable energy sector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance and promoting a strong safety culture on solar project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and enforce HSE policies and procedures specific to solar project operations
Conduct site inspections for solar farm installations, roof-top solar systems, and related works
Monitor compliance with environmental standards, waste management, and sustainable practices
Perform risk assessments and toolbox talks for site workers and contractors
Investigate incidents and accidents, and recommend corrective and preventive actions

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in HSE roles within the energy, power, or construction sector (solar industry experience is an advantage)
Relevant certifications preferred (e.g., NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, First Aid, Fire Safety)
