About the Role
Our client is seeking a passionate, responsible, and highly motivated Performance Management Executive to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems and KPIs
- Support managers in setting clear performance goals and conducting appraisals
- Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
- Collaborate with HR to link performance outcomes with rewards and development plans
- Champion a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
Requirements
- B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- CIPM certification (qualified or in view) is mandatory
- 1–3 years' experience in performance management or HR-related functions
- Strong analytical, communication, and people management skills
- Passionate about organizational growth and employee excellence
