## Title: HR Executive - Performance Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and monitor performance management systems and KPIs
  • Support managers in setting clear performance goals and conducting appraisals
  • Analyze performance data to identify trends and improvement areas
  • Collaborate with HR to link performance outcomes with rewards and development plans

Requirements

  • B.Sc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPM certification (qualified or in view) is mandatory
  • 1–3 years' experience in performance management or HR-related functions
  • Strong analytical, communication, and people management skills
  • Passionate about organizational growth and employee excellence
