An established company is recruiting for the following position. About the Role

• We are seeking a warm, well-presented, and customer-focused Hostess to be the face of our restaurant.

• The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests while ensuring smooth seating and front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a smile as they arrive.

• Manage reservations and walk-in guest seating efficiently.

• Escort guests to their tables and present menus.

• Communicate with wait staff to ensure timely service.

• Maintain an organized and clean reception and waiting area.

• Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide restaurant information.

• Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and professionally.

• Coordinate with management during busy periods to optimize seating.

• Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role is an advantage.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Neat, professional appearance and poise.

• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality.

• Must be available for interview immediately.
