An established company is recruiting for the following position. About the Role - We are seeking a warm, well-presented, and customer-focused Hostess to be the face of our restaurant. - The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, and able to create a welcoming atmosphere for all guests while ensuring smooth seating and front-of-house operations. Key Responsibilities - Greet and welcome guests with a smile as they arrive. - Manage reservations and walk-in guest seating efficiently. - Escort guests to their tables and present menus. - Communicate with wait staff to ensure timely service. - Maintain an organized and clean reception and waiting area. - Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide restaurant information. - Handle guest inquiries and complaints politely and professionally. - Coordinate with management during busy periods to optimize seating. - Ensure excellent customer service and a pleasant dining experience. Requirements - Previous experience as a hostess or in a customer-facing role is an advantage. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Neat, professional appearance and poise. - Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. - Positive attitude and a passion for hospitality. - Must be available for interview immediately.
