About the Role
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. The Head of Sales & Marketing will drive revenue growth through strategic planning and team leadership while managing key client relationships in the real estate sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
- Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and tracking performance metrics
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Create and execute plans to improve sales performance and achieve company goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Oversee account management and ensure excellent service delivery
- Provide coaching and support to sales team members to maximize performance
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or related industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong sales and sales management skills
- Demonstrated expertise in account management and client relationship building
- Team management experience with proven ability to lead and motivate teams
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and developing data-driven strategies
