## Title: Head of Sales & Marketing

About the Role

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lagos. The Head of Sales & Marketing will drive revenue growth through strategic planning and team leadership while managing key client relationships in the real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and tracking performance metrics
  • Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
  • Create and execute plans to improve sales performance and achieve company goals
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Oversee account management and ensure excellent service delivery
  • Provide coaching and support to sales team members to maximize performance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in real estate or related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong sales and sales management skills
  • Demonstrated expertise in account management and client relationship building
  • Team management experience with proven ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and developing data-driven strategies
