## Title: Head of Sales

About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Head of Sales position to lead and develop the sales operations across key markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop the customer portfolio by identifying and penetrating new markets
  • Manage and develop the sales team to achieve organizational objectives
  • Implement sales policies and terms and conditions in accordance with group guidelines
  • Maintain a comprehensive monthly sales reporting system according to established procedures
  • Define sales team objectives and assess individual performance
  • Lead and actively support the sales team to achieve set targets
  • Ensure compliance with internal control procedures and brand corporate identity guidelines
  • Ensure adherence to all brand sales processes
  • Leverage market data and customer insights to build competitive advantage
  • Manage relationships with key B2B customers and prospects
  • Collaborate with extended dealerships in territories outside Lagos, including regional offices
  • Develop and implement plans to continuously improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • Promote core organizational values: Entrepreneurship, Agility, and Performance
  • Support other business entities as required

Required Qualifications

  • Master's degree (MSc or MBA) in a related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in a similar sales leadership role
  • Excellent data analytics and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Strong ability to multi-task, negotiate, and execute sales plans
  • Demonstrated expertise in strategy development, execution, and business planning
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Relevant professional qualification (advantageous)
