About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain employer partnerships
• Negotiate and manage MOUs with employers
• Oversee placement matching, monitoring, and verification
• Track post-training employment outcomes
• Report on placement KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• 10–12 years' experience in employer relations or workforce placement
• Strong corporate network and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated success in large placement initiatives
