About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain employer partnerships
- Negotiate and manage MOUs with employers
- Oversee placement matching, monitoring, and verification
- Track post-training employment outcomes
- Report on placement KPIs
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- 10–12 years' experience in employer relations or workforce placement
- Strong corporate network and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated success in large placement initiatives
