  • Brila Media, a leading sports media firm, is seeking a Head of Digital to drive our digital transformation and strengthen our online presence. The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, analytically strong, and capable of leading innovative strategies that enhance audience engagement and grow our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the company’s digital strategy to boost online presence and engagement.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the digital team to achieve performance goals.
  • Oversee digital content, marketing campaigns, social media platforms, and other digital initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyze digital metrics, using insights to improve strategies and performance.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital trends, technologies, and best practices in sports media.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in digital management, marketing, or related roles.
  • Strong digital literacy and hands-on experience in social media, SEO, analytics, and online campaigns.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities.
  • Must be able to work onsite at Lekki, Lagos.
