## Title: Growth Executive (NYSC)

About the Role

Respected Solutions and Investment Limited is seeking dedicated and ambitious NYSC members to join our team as Growth Executives. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development while contributing directly to the company's expansion goals.

Location

Ikota, Lagos, Nigeria (On-site; proximity is essential)

Key Responsibilities

Identify and onboard new clients and business opportunities
Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive company growth
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
Support market research and competitor analysis activities
Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
Work collaboratively with the Growth and Business Development team to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

Must be a current NYSC corps member
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about sales, marketing, and business development
Must live within or around the Ikota or Lekki-Ajah axis
Proactive, smart, and eager to learn
Basic knowledge of sales or customer engagement (advantageous)

Compensation

₦70,000 - ₦100,000 per month
