About the Role

Respected Solutions and Investment Limited is seeking dedicated and ambitious NYSC members to join our team as Growth Executives. This role offers hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and business development while contributing directly to the company's expansion goals.

Location

Ikota, Lagos, Nigeria (On-site; proximity is essential)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new clients and business opportunities
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to drive company growth
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers
• Support market research and competitor analysis activities
• Meet weekly and monthly sales targets
• Work collaboratively with the Growth and Business Development team to achieve organizational goals

Requirements

• Must be a current NYSC corps member
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about sales, marketing, and business development
• Must live within or around the Ikota or Lekki-Ajah axis
• Proactive, smart, and eager to learn
• Basic knowledge of sales or customer engagement (advantageous)

Compensation

₦70,000 - ₦100,000 per month
