Job Summary

Pragmatic Technologies seeks a dedicated Graphic Designer to create visually compelling designs that effectively communicate the company's brand message across digital and print media. This role involves developing marketing assets, social media creatives, product visuals, brand materials, and other graphic elements to support campaigns and overall brand identity.

Key Responsibilities

• Design high-quality graphics for digital and print platforms including social media, website banners, flyers, brochures, and product packaging
• Develop visual concepts and creative ideas aligned with brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign objectives into impactful visuals
• Create and edit marketing collaterals such as product catalogs, digital ads, event backdrops, and presentation decks
• Ensure consistency in branding across all materials
• Prepare final designs for production and supervise printing or publishing where necessary
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and marketing best practices
• Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and other creative professionals as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Canva, or similar tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative skills and design versatility
• Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design
• Strong ability to work collaboratively and meet tight deadlines
