  • The Frontline Administrator ensures seamless operations and optimal performance of all field sales activities across MFCs.
  • This role focuses on staffing, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and ensuring compliance to meet the company'scommercial goals.
Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Capacity Management: Maintain OAM headcount, oversee hiring, and ensure OAMs meet productivity targets.
  • Partner & Vendor Management: Manage recruitment agencies, track time-to-fill metrics, and enforce SLAs.
  • Customer & Quality Control: Ensure OAMs have active, KYC-compliant customers, and provide insights for customer retention.
  • Pipeline & People Management: Build a talent pipeline and ensure readiness for OAM replacements.
  • Attendance & Compliance Management: Monitor and ensure attendance compliance for OAMs and ACMs.
Key KPIs
  • OAM recruitment and performance targets.
  • Vendor performance and time-to-fill metrics.
  • Active, KYC-compliant customers per OAM.
  • Talent pipeline coverage and tool readiness.
  • Attendance compliance for field staff.
Requirements
  • 5+ years in sales operations, retail distribution, or team management.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG/B2B field operations.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and reporting skills.
  • Proficient in HR and performance tracking tools (ERP, CRM).
