This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Role Overview
  • This role combines in-clinic patient support with digital enquiry management. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient journey—from first online enquiry to clinic visit—while maintaining a warm, professional, and responsive brand presence.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a first point of contact for patients at the clinic and via phone
  • Professionally manage and convert enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms
  • Book appointments accurately and follow up on pending enquiries
  • Communicate treatment information clearly and confidently to patients
  • Maintain excellent phone and chat etiquette at all times
  • Support daily front-desk and patient coordination activities
  • Work closely with clinical and management teams to enhance patient experience
Requirements:
  • Previous experience working in a similar role in a dental clinic is a plus.
  • Proven ability to convert enquiries into booked appointments
  • Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite (Excel and Powerpoint) is a must
  • Confident using WhatsApp, Instagram, and online chat platforms
  • Friendly, patient-focused, and detail-oriented
  • Strong Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and scheduling
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment effectively
  • Minimum of HND/BSc is required; additional training or certifications in office administration or customer services are advantageous
