This vacancy presents a chance to join a leading organization. Role Overview - This role combines in-clinic patient support with digital enquiry management. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless patient journey—from first online enquiry to clinic visit—while maintaining a warm, professional, and responsive brand presence. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a first point of contact for patients at the clinic and via phone - Professionally manage and convert enquiries from Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, and other social media platforms - Book appointments accurately and follow up on pending enquiries - Communicate treatment information clearly and confidently to patients - Maintain excellent phone and chat etiquette at all times - Support daily front-desk and patient coordination activities - Work closely with clinical and management teams to enhance patient experience Requirements: - Previous experience working in a similar role in a dental clinic is a plus. - Proven ability to convert enquiries into booked appointments - Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties - Proficient in the use of Microsoft suite (Excel and Powerpoint) is a must - Confident using WhatsApp, Instagram, and online chat platforms - Friendly, patient-focused, and detail-oriented - Strong Clerical Skills, including filing, data entry, and scheduling - Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to provide exceptional Customer Service - Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment effectively - Minimum of HND/BSc is required; additional training or certifications in office administration or customer services are advantageous
