## Title: Front Desk Officer

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
  • Maintain visitor records and ensure a welcoming reception area
  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR and Sales teams
  • Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage office supplies
  • Assist in coordinating client appointments and property visit schedules

Education & Experience

  • HND qualification or B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
  • 1–2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist (preferably in real estate or service industry)

Requirements

  • Must reside within proximity to the office
  • Smart, reliable, and customer-oriented

Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Professional appearance, confident and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
