Job description
## Title: Front Desk Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors
- Manage phone calls, emails, and client inquiries professionally
- Maintain visitor records and ensure a welcoming reception area
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the HR and Sales teams
- Handle correspondence, schedule meetings, and manage office supplies
- Assist in coordinating client appointments and property visit schedules
Education & Experience
- HND qualification or B.Sc. Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer or Receptionist (preferably in real estate or service industry)
Requirements
- Must reside within proximity to the office
- Smart, reliable, and customer-oriented
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Professional appearance, confident and courteous demeanor
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
