Role Overview

This is a full-time on-site position located in Port Harcourt. As a Field Support Engineer, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for power, industrial, and telecom infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer support inquiries in a timely manner
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues across infrastructure systems
• Maintain and upgrade operating systems
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery

Required Qualifications
