A dynamic team is expanding and looking for the right talent. Job Summary
  • The Fiber Optic Technician is responsible for installing, splicing, testing, and maintaining fiber optic cables and internet infrastructure to ensure reliable, high-quality connectivity for customers.
  • This role requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
Key Responsibilities
  • Install and configure fiber optic cables, routers, ONTs, and related equipment at customer sites.
  • Perform fiber splicing, termination, and troubleshooting using appropriate tools and devices.
  • Conduct signal testing, power-level checks, and network performance diagnostics.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve fiber faults, breaks, and performance issues.
  • Maintain accurate installation records, test results, and service documentation.
  • Ensure all installations follow company standards, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, providing updates and guidance during installations or repairs.
  • Perform routine maintenance and support scheduled network upgrades.
  • Collaborate with the network operations team to resolve connectivity problems quickly.
