Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified Fiber Project Manager to oversee end-to-end fiber deployment projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and adherence to industry standards. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with strong design and coordination capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and supervise fiber network projects (FTTH, FTTB, Backbone, Metro)
• Coordinate field teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth execution
• Prepare and submit accurate daily/weekly reports, project documentation, and as-built designs
• Monitor project progress, quality, timelines, and budget compliance
• Conduct site surveys, risk assessments, and technical evaluations
• Ensure materials utilization and asset accountability
• Use digital tools for project tracking, documentation, and reporting
• Resolve technical issues promptly and escalate when necessary

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in fiber projects
• Maximum age of 40 years
• Strong knowledge of fiber optics, transmission, and OSP/ISP design
• Excellent project coordination and reporting skills
• Proficiency with GIS tools, AutoCAD, Google Earth, and other relevant software
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
