Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities
• Oversee repairs, servicing, and routine inspections of company buildings, equipment, and utilities
• Manage and coordinate third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers
• Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Monitor facility budgets and recommend cost-effective maintenance solutions
• Prepare and maintain facility management reports and documentation
• Support logistics operations by ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition for business continuity
• Identify areas for improvement and recommend modern facility management solutions

Required Qualifications

• HND/BSc in Real Estate Management, Estate Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in facility or property management, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or industrial settings
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility/property management software
• Ability to think creatively and implement modern facility management practices
