## Title: Facility Supervisor

Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities
Oversee repairs, servicing, and routine inspections of company buildings, equipment, and utilities
Manage and coordinate third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers
Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
Monitor facility budgets and recommend cost-effective maintenance solutions
Prepare and maintain facility management reports and documentation
Support logistics operations by ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition for business continuity
Identify areas for improvement and recommend modern facility management solutions

HND/BSc in Real Estate Management, Estate Management, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in facility or property management, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or industrial settings
Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility/property management software
Ability to think creatively and implement modern facility management practices
