## Title: Facility Supervisor

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily facility operations and maintenance activities
- Oversee repairs, servicing, and routine inspections of company buildings, equipment, and utilities
- Manage and coordinate third-party vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and costs
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
- Monitor facility budgets and recommend cost-effective maintenance solutions
- Prepare and maintain facility management reports and documentation
- Support logistics operations by ensuring all facilities are in optimal condition for business continuity
- Identify areas for improvement and recommend modern facility management solutions
Required Qualifications
- HND/BSc in Real Estate Management, Estate Management, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years' proven experience in facility or property management, preferably within logistics, manufacturing, or industrial settings
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and facility/property management software
- Ability to think creatively and implement modern facility management practices
