An established company is recruiting for the following position. Job description
  • Oversee and support teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management.
  • Ensure academic standards and school policies are upheld.
  • Supervise daily school operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
  • Monitor student performance and maintain discipline across all classes.
  • Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to staff.
  • Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and the management team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or teaching experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for education and student development.
