Job description - Oversee and support teachers in lesson delivery and classroom management. - Ensure academic standards and school policies are upheld. - Supervise daily school operations and ensure smooth coordination between departments. - Monitor student performance and maintain discipline across all classes. - Conduct regular evaluations and provide feedback to staff. - Communicate effectively with parents, teachers, and the management team.
