## Title: Events & Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a vibrant, result-oriented, and creative Events & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging events, increasing sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our brand image.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and package attractive events (live shows, theme nights, corporate hangouts, birthdays, etc.) to attract customers
  • Drive sales through promotions, partnerships, and customer engagement
  • Serve as the Public Relations (PR) representative, maintaining a strong brand presence
  • Build and maintain customer loyalty through excellent service and follow-up
  • Create and implement marketing strategies including social media and offline promotions
  • Source, negotiate, and manage bookings for private events
  • Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and customer engagement

Requirements

  • Experience in bar, lounge, and club events planning, sales, or customer relations (advantageous)
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Outgoing personality with a flair for creativity and networking
  • Target-driven with the ability to work under minimal supervision
