## Title: Events & Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a vibrant, result-oriented, and creative Events & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging events, increasing sales, building customer relationships, and promoting our brand image.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and package attractive events (live shows, theme nights, corporate hangouts, birthdays, etc.) to attract customers
- Drive sales through promotions, partnerships, and customer engagement
- Serve as the Public Relations (PR) representative, maintaining a strong brand presence
- Build and maintain customer loyalty through excellent service and follow-up
- Create and implement marketing strategies including social media and offline promotions
- Source, negotiate, and manage bookings for private events
- Prepare weekly reports on sales performance and customer engagement
Requirements
- Experience in bar, lounge, and club events planning, sales, or customer relations (advantageous)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with a flair for creativity and networking
- Target-driven with the ability to work under minimal supervision
