About the Role

An established company is recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies that align with overall marketing and branding objectives
• Create, write, and edit engaging content including text, images, and videos for various platforms while ensuring brand consistency and quality
• Plan, launch, and oversee specific social media campaigns, including advertising, to promote the organization and its products or services
• Manage day-to-day operations of all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok), adapting content for each platform's unique audience and format
• Monitor social channels, engage with followers, respond to posts and comments, and foster a positive online community and brand advocates
• Track, analyse, and report on key social media performance metrics to assess campaign effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to optimize strategies and content
• Conduct audience research to understand target demographics and tailor content to resonate with them
