Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated professional to drive our company's online presence by creating compelling visual content, managing digital campaigns, and promoting real estate products across all digital platforms. This role is essential for supporting brand visibility, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Graphics Design

• Design flyers, banners, property brochures, social media creatives, videos, and branded materials
• Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital and print materials
• Create marketing materials for property listings, project launches, and events

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media pages including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, and X
• Create and schedule engaging content to increase visibility and generate leads
• Run paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms
• Handle SEO, website updates, and online property listings
• Monitor analytics, track performance, and generate monthly reports

Content & Communication

• Write captions, marketing copy, and ad messages
• Support marketing campaigns, product launches, and email marketing initiatives
• Collaborate with Sales, Business Development, and Project teams on content needs

Required Skills & Competencies

• Proficiency in design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva, Premiere Pro)
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and digital marketing trends
• Ability to create both static and video content
• Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and time management skills
• Excellent communication and content-writing abilities

Education & Professional Requirements

• ND, HND, or B.Sc Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, Fine Arts, or related fields
• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing or Graphics Design (preferred)
• Creative mindset with proactive approach to work
