  • Are You a Performance-Driven Marketer Who Knows How to Generate Real Leads?
  • Dexta Africa is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer who understands how to turn clicks into qualified property enquiries and campaigns into closed deals.
  • This is not just a posting role — this is a growth and revenue-focused position.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.)
  • Generate high-quality property leads consistently
  • Manage social media (content calendar, posting, engagement, DMs)
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials
  • Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance
  • Apply buyer psychology, urgency, and investment marketing strategies
  • Scale campaigns that produce measurable ROI.
What We’re Looking For
  • 3 - 4 years of proven digital marketing experience
  • Strong experience running paid ads and generating leads
  • Experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Creative thinker with strong content instincts
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
