Digital Marketer at Dexta Africa

An established company is recruiting for the following position. Description - Are You a Performance-Driven Marketer Who Knows How to Generate Real Leads? - Dexta Africa is looking for a results-oriented Digital Marketer who understands how to turn clicks into qualified property enquiries and campaigns into closed deals. - This is not just a posting role — this is a growth and revenue-focused position. What You’ll Be Responsible For - Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.) - Generate high-quality property leads consistently - Manage social media (content calendar, posting, engagement, DMs) - Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional materials - Track, analyze, and improve campaign performance - Apply buyer psychology, urgency, and investment marketing strategies - Scale campaigns that produce measurable ROI. What We’re Looking For - 3 - 4 years of proven digital marketing experience - Strong experience running paid ads and generating leads - Experience in real estate marketing is a strong advantage - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills - Creative thinker with strong content instincts - Ability to work independently and deliver results.
