Deposit Mobilization Manager

Position Overview

We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented professionals to drive the growth of our bank's deposit base. As a Deposit Mobilization Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and promoting savings and fixed deposit products. This role requires strong field activity, relationship-building competencies, and adherence to compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve set targets for deposit mobilization across savings, current, and term deposits
• Identify, prospect, and onboard new individual, SME, corporate, and institutional deposit clients
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and marketing activities to generate leads
• Participate in promotional campaigns and community outreach to enhance product visibility
• Ensure accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and risk adherence during account onboarding
• Prepare timely reports on deposit growth, client engagements, and pipeline status

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in banking, deposit mobilization, or financial product sales
• Proven ability to meet targets in a similar field-based role

• Strong knowledge of liability products (term deposits, investment accounts)
