## Title: Deposit Mobilization Manager
Position Overview
We are expanding our dynamic team and seeking talented professionals to drive the growth of our bank's deposit base. As a Deposit Mobilization Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers, deepening existing relationships, and promoting savings and fixed deposit products. This role requires strong field activity, relationship-building competencies, and adherence to compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve set targets for deposit mobilization across savings, current, and term deposits
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new individual, SME, corporate, and institutional deposit clients
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers to increase wallet share
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and marketing activities to generate leads
- Participate in promotional campaigns and community outreach to enhance product visibility
- Ensure accurate documentation, KYC compliance, and risk adherence during account onboarding
- Prepare timely reports on deposit growth, client engagements, and pipeline status
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or related field
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in banking, deposit mobilization, or financial product sales
- Proven ability to meet targets in a similar field-based role
Skills and Competencies
- Strong knowledge of liability products (term deposits, investment accounts)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- High level of initiative, customer focus, and networking capability
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements
