Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive, tech-savvy, and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Experience with social media account management and digital engagement will be considered an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships
- Ensure prompt resolution of customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth service delivery
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement improvement strategies
- Track customer feedback and prepare periodic performance reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and client retention
- Utilize CRM systems and digital tools effectively for documentation and follow-ups
- Support social media management by creating, scheduling, and engaging with content where necessary
- Monitor online interactions and assist in maintaining the company's digital presence
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience in customer service, customer success, or related roles
- Must reside in Abuja
- Ready to resume immediately
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, digital communication tools, and productivity software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing business social media accounts
