About the Role
An established company in the lifestyle and hospitality industry is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a vibrant, service-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily customer service operations, ensuring customers receive warm, prompt, and professional service
- Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to consistently uphold service standards
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests effectively and professionally
- Work closely with customer service representatives to ensure seamless coordination and order fulfillment
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized service area in line with brand standards
- Monitor customer satisfaction and provide reports and recommendations to management
- Assist with scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and evaluating staff performance
- Drive initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, retention, and repeat patronage
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
- Prior experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or similar customer-focused environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
