## Title: Customer Service Supervisor

About the Role

An established company in the lifestyle and hospitality industry is seeking a seasoned Customer Service Supervisor to oversee front-of-house operations and deliver outstanding customer experiences in a vibrant, service-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily customer service operations, ensuring customers receive warm, prompt, and professional service
  • Lead, train, and motivate front-of-house staff to consistently uphold service standards
  • Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests effectively and professionally
  • Work closely with customer service representatives to ensure seamless coordination and order fulfillment
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming, and well-organized service area in line with brand standards
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and provide reports and recommendations to management
  • Assist with scheduling shifts, assigning duties, and evaluating staff performance
  • Drive initiatives that enhance customer loyalty, retention, and repeat patronage

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Prior experience in hospitality, café, restaurant, or similar customer-focused environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
