We are looking for a qualified candidate to fill this position.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions using CRM systems.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and adherence to service standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve service-related issues promptly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (required).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a customer service role.
- Previous experience in the telecommunications sector is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers simultaneously.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, etc.).
