About the Role
Brint Online School, a leading provider of innovative online learning solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice supporting parents, students, and tutors, ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media
- Resolve customer complaints related to course access, payments, and scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with tutors and operations teams to escalate and follow up on issues
Requirements
- HND or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (customer service certification is a plus)
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
