## Title: Customer Service Representative

About the Role

Brint Online School, a leading provider of innovative online learning solutions, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the friendly voice supporting parents, students, and tutors, ensuring smooth operations and positive experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to inquiries via email, phone, chat, and social media
  • Resolve customer complaints related to course access, payments, and scheduling
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with tutors and operations teams to escalate and follow up on issues

Requirements

  • HND or Bachelor's degree in any relevant field (customer service certification is a plus)
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
