An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional. Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, create and process customer accounts and file documents.
  • Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and quotas.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Document knowledge in the form of solution articles.
Requirements:
  • BSc / HND in a relevant field related to your preferred role
  • Must have at least 1 year experience in chosen role
  • Minimum of Second Class Lower
  • Must have completed NYSC
  • Must be 28 years old or younger
  • Must reside within Gbagada and its environs.
  • Must be innovative and possess problem solving skills
  • Familiarity with social media platforms
  • Must be available to resume immediately.
Salary N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
