Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
- Keep records of customer interactions, create and process customer accounts and file documents.
- Generate sales leads
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and quotas.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
- Document knowledge in the form of solution articles.
Requirements:
- BSc / HND in a relevant field related to your preferred role
- Must have at least 1 year experience in chosen role
- Minimum of Second Class Lower
- Must have completed NYSC
- Must be 28 years old or younger
- Must reside within Gbagada and its environs.
- Must be innovative and possess problem solving skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms
- Must be available to resume immediately.
Salary
N80,000 - N100,000 Monthly.
