Position Overview
Join a leading organization as a Customer Service & Relations Manager. In this role, you will oversee the company's customer service operations and build strong, long-term relationships with clients. You will ensure that customers receive exceptional service, manage feedback effectively, and drive business growth through enhanced client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all customer service operations
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
- Generate reports and analyze customer service metrics and analytics
- Lead and manage customer service teams
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management
- Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Professional certifications in Customer Service Management or CRM systems (advantageous)
- Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, polymer, or industrial sectors (preferred)
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and customer service analytics tools
- Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
Additional Requirements
