## Title: Customer Service & Relations Manager

Position Overview

Join a leading organization as a Customer Service & Relations Manager. In this role, you will oversee the company's customer service operations and build strong, long-term relationships with clients. You will ensure that customers receive exceptional service, manage feedback effectively, and drive business growth through enhanced client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all customer service operations
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery
  • Generate reports and analyze customer service metrics and analytics
  • Lead and manage customer service teams

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management
  • Proven track record in improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Professional certifications in Customer Service Management or CRM systems (advantageous)
  • Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, polymer, or industrial sectors (preferred)

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and customer service analytics tools
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts effectively
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
