## Title: Customer Service Officer

About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Customer Service Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, receiving orders from multiple channels, and providing excellent service support.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with customers and receive orders via social media platforms
Handle onsite customer inquiries and orders
Provide professional customer service support

Required Qualifications

OND, HND, or BSc qualification
1-2 years of experience in customer service
Ability to engage customers and process orders from social media platforms and onsite

Requirements

Age: 20-32 years
Must reside around Surulere, Lagos
Female candidates preferred to support gender balance
