## Title: Customer Service Executive
About the Role
We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls
- Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities
- Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
- Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized documentation
- Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
- Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers
Required Qualifications
- B.Sc or HND from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Outstanding phone and email etiquette
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong ability to handle complaints calmly and in a timely manner
- Team player mentality
- High proficiency in MS Office Suite (advantageous)
