## Title: Customer Service Executive

About the Role

We invite applications from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Executive.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large volumes of incoming phone calls
  • Generate sales leads and identify new business opportunities
  • Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools
  • Meet personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within established timeframes, and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and maintain organized documentation
  • Follow all communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Go the extra mile to engage and delight customers

Required Qualifications

  • B.Sc or HND from a recognized institution
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Outstanding phone and email etiquette
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Strong ability to handle complaints calmly and in a timely manner
  • Team player mentality
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite (advantageous)
